Refund policy
At Atmall Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
📦 Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- The amount will be returned via your original payment method or bank transfer
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Products purchased on sale or special discounts (if applicable)
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of defective or wrong product, we may cover the return shipping
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
